This is unfortunate, to say the least.

The two complete cylinder heads I bought from Clearwater did not come with plugs in the rear cam galley. As they are supplied with a head gasket replacement set, I had to select the correct one (there are two styles for 2.6 engines that I know of), and install it.

Are you sure the head you purchased had a plug installed, or did your mechanic do it? It's not so obvious from just looking at a head right out of the box, unless you know what you are looking for. I'm just asking...
