I picked up an old Kart from my neighbor and I'm restoring it for my daughter for Christmas.

It's a tandem Phazor with a 5 HP Tecumseh engine. It should be pretty fast but I'll govern it down to about 1/4 throttle at first. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I got it all cleaned up, lubed and I'm replacing the clutch....I'll post pics when I'm done......This thing is going to scare the crap out of her. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

Yes.

I need to fab up a chain/sprocket guard.....add seat belts....foam padding on the roll bar...... anti-lock brakes, electronic traction control, airbags Maybe a few other things. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
