You realize 4.5" will be a mother to install? AND that you'll likely have clearance issues between the lower strut fork and the front axle cv boots? I battled just putting in my 3.5" front spacers, but I didn't have a portage spring compressor in there to compress the strut while installing the lift back in with the strut. You'll NEED that to do 4.5" for sure. I don't have any info to help you though, sorry.
