This turned more into a discussion about lifting the Kia, I was mostly interested in spring rates.
I would assume a softer spring rate would be desirable if you wanted to make use of any extra travel you had from a lift, and get some extra articulation.
Just wandering why everyone seems to end up going harder instead? I assume due to the extra load from extra gear on the car. Or maybe some really bumpy tracks, But i would have thought more flex was a good goal?
