Thanks Dave, so you're saying to run in 4wd on the streets with a little ice/snow.?

I have always been under the impression it was not good for a 4wd to drive 1. very fast, like 4th gear at 40mph or so and 2. That the road or surface sould be rather rough or snowcovered so that the wheels are actually grabbing something I guess, that the raod surface should not just be dry and normal....don't know where I got that idea or heard that. Myth or true?
