Mine is 2.5" all the way back from the CAT. I can't say I noticed major improvements as far as MPG, horse power, acceleration, and torque, but I did in the sound. I can hear my exhaust now where before you didn't hear anything. ItÆs not quite to the fart can sound you get from a rice burner, but it is louder than stock. You could tell when I was coming from a half a block away. I did see improvements in all categories, but then again, you are moving a 3800 lb vehicle with a 2.0 liter engine. Any improvement of 10% really can't be felt in the seat of the pants. Now that my exhaust tip is missing the sound is about back to stock but I still have the minor improvements I gained with opening up the exhaust. IÆll see if the sound comes back when I put a new tail pipe on with a 2ö or 3ö tip.

Going from 2 ? to 2 ¢ I donÆt think will make that big of a difference. I think it will come down to price and availability of parts on hand at the shop instead.
