Body Damage is Cool
WOW!! That looks like it will move enough air for a V8. When you get it installed you will have to post the sound on youtube and send us the link.

Minor set back...
When I had the cat put in, the existing flange was warped so the cut it off. They could have told me...
So I'm off to see a guy who will make a plate and weld it on to the pipe.
Going away this week so it will have to wait until next week.

Are you sayin they cut the flange on that brand new header you bought?!?!?! WHY?! That sh#$ could likely be resurfaced! WTH is wrong with people. What good does cutting the flange off do? really! people make me sick. -->

I think hes saying they cut the flange off the converter so he needs to get one made for that so he can bolt up his new header insted of cutting the flange off of that

Yes, what Londart says.
They wouldn't be alive today if they had cut the flange off my new extractors!!!
I can see it now...
###NEWSFLASH###
Kia Sportage Owner runs over mechanic twice. When the driver was asked "Why twice?", he said the second time was when he reversed back to see if the mechanic was OK.

Of all the rotten things to happen!
I was just about to head off on a weeks trip away, when my wife noticed there was lots of water coming out from under the car. On closer inspection, there is a good size hole on the motor side of the radiator. It's in the core. I don't know if that can be soldered (hopefully), otherwise it's going to take two days to get a new one (and a lot of money).
Probably happened when I ran the mechanic over. smile
