No LSD or traction aid of any kind was offered from the factory, in any year, Montero or Raider. Others have swapped in an LSD from a Starion or Conquest. It has been discussed quite a bit. Several people have done very detailed write-ups on it. Do a bit of searching and you should turn up a good amount of reading material that'll point you in the right direction. Given how the swb shudders in a tight turn with a rear lsd, I'd want to reduce the preload on the lsd in the front, maybe take out some plates/friction discs, or add more friction modifier to make it more slippery. Search under KevinC and front lsd for a writeup he did several years ago.

Im waiting on some parts for my front Tsi LSD swap (Which I have) with a little change of direction, But If it all works out I will let you know.. As for the comment above an Odd ball can be a good thing <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cyclops.gif" alt="" /> Like Turbo monteros pssst
