I checked up on a Promark 10k winch for $379, with free wireless remote. How is customer support for them? I will pass on the Smittybuilt since they seem to be considered more or less bumper decoration rather than a useful recovery tool. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

I also plan on using my winch every trip out, so I don't want a "It works great somtimes" product.

I was youtubing videos of people being winched out and discovered this Video Music sucks, but cool video of a Pajero winching out a Zu, I am guessing from the spec, its probably a PTO winch on that.
