Getting the Wheeling Fever

Okay, so after much deliberation and thinking about backwoods enginuity, I finally decided to have a friend of mine make the pulley holder tool, very seimilar to mitsubishi's design. All went well, torqued the bolt to 135 lbs and get everything reattached, but I'm still hearing the chirping/ticking noise coming from the crank pulley. Is there something else I should look for? It's making about the same noise as before.
