Woohoo! I closed on my first home this Monday, walked across the stage today, and should have my final thesis approval next Monday. My Mom flew in yesterday and is in the kitchen with the wifie, which is emanating GLORIOUS chicken and dumpling/corn bread smells, and I'm well on my way to being likker'd up. Life is GREAT!

I think I wore that sock out, but that can wait 'til Tuesday!

Eddy, someday I'll show you a simple way to take a liability, put it on the books as an asset and fool otherwise smart bankers.

Just make sure you do what you must to turn that back around for tax time so you dont have to pay for it.

Thanks fellas! I'm sooo glad to be "dun" and on my way back to work.

Michael, with my job relocation to Moreno Valley, we bought in San Marcos. We need to get together before I head South.

Good on ye, man. I still remember the "walk" for my Master's, the end of 2 years of 18-20hr days, 24/7/365, with a full time plus 20ish hour job, a 4yr old with ADD, and an newborn. I did some serious damage to a quart of 12yr old Jack, and then it did some serious damage to me...

That's the problem...

It should have been tequila!!!

and, only a quart????

My Bachelors took more than that!!!

Jon, when you get relocated to San Marcos, let me know. You are just a few minutes up I-15 provided I am in town....

Congratulations Jon. I ain't got no ejikashun, but occasionally I envy those that do. Though, it's never really stopped me from doing what I wanted to do. My preggo daughter will be walking for her bachelor's in a few weeks. Couldn't be prouder...

Fasteddy's advice is occasionally sound...
