That about summarizes it John.

1. Engine Swap
2. Body Lift
3. Sliders

The engine needs the crank bolt installed, and maybe seals looked at, but that should be it. So it is essentially ready to go in. It is a long block( has all other components on it) Oh, and the oil pan needs swapped due to damage sometime in the past?? No hole, but still a nice crunch. On the vehicle the radiator is out and re-done, the fan is off, ect. Skid plates are off on the bottom. So it should go fairly quick.

As far as any less important things? Cut off the rear sway bar which is unbolted and hanging. Replace the rear passenger slider window someone shot out. I dont believe there is more time then that in any stretch of the immagination...If there is I can find stuff <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> Probably frame tank raise would be a back up item if we were swimming in time, as it requires little in the way of parts expenditures.

I guess time frame is Friday 5:30-12:00am???
Saturday 8:30-9:00????
Sunday 8:30-1:00???(try to head home at a reasonable time)

I hate to say it but I just dont know times on engine or body lift work like you guys do. A 4cyl 20 years ago is about all I have swapped....Maybe you guys could throw out some guesses to refine the estimated schedule ???
