The welding and fab work is stacking up for me, we are talking bumpers too.
I've got; quarter panel and front mud guard chop, gas tank lift, weld on sliders, modify front and rear frame ends for bumpers, make bumpers, winch plate and front skid and i like to do these things at my house so i can work on it every weekend easily. I will only need a helper for some of it.

Let's start with getting a few dudes to do the body lift this coming weekend, it'll only take a few hours (I did both mine in 2.5 hours each roughly). This will make the engine swap easier, I think PA_JERO is gonna lead the engine swap part of the job.
We need to re gasket some of the new engine before we swap, like the oil pan and do the cam plugs/valve covers and we might as well re seal everything on the back side just because like the rear main and water pipe.

I don't know what next weekend is gonna look like for me because i should be moving into the new house plus i want to hit the trail on saturday but we'll see as the weekend get's closer.
