I should have an entire 8' truck bed empty and at your disposal Lloyd if you need tires and such hauled down here. Happy to help if I can.

That would be cool to get tires down here so we can clearance everything sooner. BFG says those tires can run on 8.5" - 11" wheels So i'd say a 9" wide wheel would be perfect, BFG specs for those tires on 10's though. Maybe call up BFG and ask them what is recommended for that tire, I bought 10's because that's what Toyo recommended for my tires.
So you want a price on all the stuff to do the valve stems and lifters? Maybe i can text pat the vin to that engine and he can look it up on ASA (I don't have the program)
Other things needed are 12" sawzall blades, C02 and wire, I'll buy C02 and wire eventually anyways but if you want to go halvsies with me it would hurry things up on my end. Let me know i'll probably pick up the gas this weekend

Let me know how much cash you guys need before Jay heads down at the end of the week. I am sure my wife would be happy to get those giant tires out of the back yard. I can send those as well. The problem was the tire shop I bought these at could not find a cheapo wheel bigger then 8" in a 17" rim for some reason. It may have just been they were looking at stock or some other confusion.(they are small shops) What brand are your 10"x17"? I could check with dicount tire as well. And if I cannot get them before Jay leaves I bet I could get them drop shipped to a Discount Tire in AZ.

At least that's based on my cursory search on Discount Tire, Summit Racing, & 4 wheel parts.

I wouldn't go any wider than 9" your gonna be asking for blown beads at low air pressure they will wear the centers a bit more but this isn't your daily driver anyway, so don't go over 9"

Would like 300.00 cover seals, wire, gas and misc stuff? I am meeting Jay for dinner and he is picking the tires up in the morning.

I don't think kevin had a problem after he switched to KM2's, and i've never had a problem but my tires are 13.5 and actually measure out at 14 wide. I still think 9's will be perfect but i'm not scared of 10's.
