Chasing Parts.
Reminds me of an old Superintendent.
He would line EVERYTHING up in advance, and stressed the 5 p's:
Proper
Planning
Prevents
Poor
Performance
Learned alot from that 'Ol Boy....

I think there were more than a few unknowns in this particular job.. and I'm not just talking about physical object unknowns

Well, looks like the Xterra sold. The guy is supposed to bring me the money Monday. He bought a Camaro and cant stand how it handles. So, the money will be used to start a new business. And now I get to turn wrenches all weekend! So far the battery is out, a few reams of wire, and the air compressor...next up air tank...then winch...then hot shower...then CB...............Time for an Arizona Dew

1996 SR From the Area 51 Skunk Works. 37"BFG Tires, 5" lift, Rock Track 4:1 Case, Tom Woods Drive Shafts, Oasis Air, Front ARB, lifted gas tank, T-max winch and lots of stuff that cost too much.

Can't help you on the trailer, Toasty.

Excellent, Lloyd!

RyanY stopped by today and gave me the trailing arms, but he also gave me a lower plenum from his '95. I'm going to see if a shop can install new bushings in it so I can restore it to stock. I'll let you know as I check it out. Might be worthwhile if I could get it going on for all the 3.5 guys. Except Ryan, is there anyone who still has a functional lower (in the AZ Crew)?

John B.

Actually, what I was referring to was getting the "place" to purchase the parts well in advance.
An account, and the password, are sorta key when the time to order the "stuff" arrives.
