As for SAS, first we'd need to source an early Bronco or Jeep TJ front suspension on the cheap then you'd need to sell your RD110 to one of us who doesn't already have a locker. Then you'd need gears, locker (unless you sourced Rubicon D44) and Spindles to go Chevy 6 lug which will add a half inch to your WMS/WMS. These days you can make a D44 pretty stout with RCVs and stuff.
The other option is full custom axle, Trailgear has some good ones Rock Assult But then you're looking at getting a 3 link and custom suspension either from them or somebody local to us (I know some people).

So we can stick with the plan which we know is good or we could SAS with a factory setup from another truck if we can find one and that would be better or do the H-CORE thing and go unbreakable.
