The bumper and front frame are welded! Still needs to be ground clean and bumper hoops made and mounted. Bumper is welded with 71M which is what you weld buildings, bridges and Heavy equipment with. Stitch welded to keep any warpage to a minimum

Internal frame work in case .250 wall DOM tubing isn't enough to murder the rock blocking Lloyds path

Overall, It looks stupid big in the pictures but i assure it's the correct size
