ha ha, not to sound ignorant but I don't know how to measure for backspacing otherwise I would. To me an 1.5" spacer means its gonna push the wheels 1.5" out from there origanal point of contact so if that is basically all we are looking at that should be plenty. Its only an 8" wheel so it should be fine. If anything its gonna be better than running an 8" wheel with more backspacing to just the wheel. Did that make any sense to anyone else <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />. I say roll with the 1.5" spacers. And if they are montero specific thats the way to go. I think it should be plenty.

Engine bay is full and all loose ends are pretty much tied up as of tonight. I just need to throw in the starter is pretty much it, should have been in today but I got side tracked with other crap so... it will be in tomorrow.

While I installed the radiator I went ahead and lowered it. The Shroud went on perfectly and got all the radiator hoses clamped down tight. BTW, is it possible the lower part of the fan shroud that clips on to the bottom at WW's house still. I looked everywhere for it but couldn't find it anywhere. If not its cool I will snag one at the yards on saturday if I find one. Either way that won't stop us from giving it a start.

When ever your ready lloyd I would like to get some fluids to poor into this thing so we can get ready to fire it up. Basically just some Coolant, oil, and we should probably replace the oil filter seeing how its been on there for about 7 years. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />. Won't obviously be ready to drive but it will fire up and idle so I have an idea on how it sounds, leaks, sensors, different things to make sure theres no hickups. This way if theres anything that we have to dive into we can do it while we are waiting on drive shafts.
