Pretty sure Tom Woods guarantees them for life and if one breaks causing a T-case breakage he'll replace that too. At least that's how it used to be.

That's not actually a bad price compared to a not as good as stock custom shaft from Mesa Driveshaft or Dicks costs about $300

If people can make wooden pistons, why not driveshafts? You just need a big lathe.

Does any one have the dealer part # for a SR 4:90 Rear ring and pinion???

The new in the box set that's been sitting in my garage for 2 years now is part # MR124858.

I think Johnny & I have both made our contributions to the project now...

I will find out what the warranty is gonna be on the shafts but I'm pretty sure they are lifetime warranty. And with the shafts he is getting new yokes for the T-case. He is also gonna be set up with off the shelf U-joints for easy access for spares or replacement. No double cardian, just a conventional slip shaft. This is gonna be the best bet to keep the quality of work and equipment.

Ryan, Do you wanna sell those gears??? I can Hook you up with some cash.

Nope, after gathering dust for a couple of years they should be getting installed this month, along with the 4.90 front diff that I bought from Adam a couple years ago also.

I've actually gotten pretty good at homebrew driveshafts BUT I won't be making them for Lloyd. One reason is that he needs special parts, second is that I can't balance them I have to just dial indicate for as close to .000 runout as possible, third is he lives in NM so it's not like I can just zip over there and correct any problems that may occur.
Lloyd's better off getting a "Woody"

or

Lloyd is an official AzCrewer for sure and quite possibly one of the founding fathers but due to official AzCrew zoning he is just outside the region. This makes him ineligible for full AzCrew benefit package, Sorry dude.
