might be a good idea to take that bearing down to the temkin store on greenfield and mckellips to show them maybe they do have something that will match up and can give us a part number for future use or at least get a ball park figure on what the cost would be if we ever needed a 1 off made up.

Bearing needs to be ordered from mitsu unfortunately. We wont be able to go match it up from timken due to the disposal of it. Thats all we need and the rear can go back together. Its just alot pricier of a bearing then we anticipated due to the old part number being unavailable.

Any chance you want to call up Big Two Mitsubishi down here and get her ordered? If not I can go order it on Friday.

Let me know.

Here is the dealers info in case you want to do it.
Big Two Mitsubishi
480-218-2029 for parts

Part # MR453231

May be able to do a search and find it cheaper.

Dodge list's it as a available part. BUT, I called and they consider it an export part through them and its no longer available through dodge nationwide, supposedly.

Excellent

Hopefully they'll get it in before the weekend and maybe I can round up a couple troops to come give me a hand with it saturday afternoon or sunday. Got to get this pig back on wheels so we can test the speed control unit before we button up the dash. Then get it to toasty to fab a bracket for the compressor and rear bumper. We may be able to do that here so long as my neighbor comes over to install my new sub panel in the garage, and if he feels like lugging all that crap over again. We still need to figure out why this thing has a high idle and gets a pulsing idle.

We'll get the other stuff buttoned up first then start diagnosing the idle deal.

Lloyd, What do you want us to do with the jump seats, old R&P, Drive shafts, and miscellaneous parts that came from your truck, Should we start getting rid of this stuff or do you want it to take back and sell to replenish some funds? Let me know, I'm sure there's plenty of vultures here that could make a new home for some of this stuff or I can add it to my Mitsu overstock .

Now that is funny Mitsubishi does not stock oil filters, let alone pinon bearings Tells me it will be Monday unfortunately. Sounds like idle and welding are all you can work on this weekend.

You can pass out any un-used stock parts as you see fit.

He doesn't have the right 220v plug for the welder, he's gonna get some wired in or when the R&P is done we can drive it over to my house to finish welding.

If Lloyd can bring some green chiles from New Mexico, I'll cook up a batch of chili verde for everyone!
