Let me know if you need pictures or measurements.

Rectangular tube shaped like |____| with the corners like \_____/. Easy stuff, about 10' of 2"x5" or something. I have to price that steel vs something i already have laying around or can get a better deal on odd sizes like that can be expensive.

Sounds good lloyd.

On another note, Toast seemed to figure out the high idle issue. He had another TPS sitting around and another ISC, seemed to do the trick. We need to set the TPS to the correct place, again. also need to reset the idle screw. It sounds like he is gonna get the compressor and the tank mounted first so we can get the wiring finished up for that along with the front ARB air line.

Does he have a way to test the TPS? Mine also has a high idle issue (1800rpm) when in neutral/park but drops back down to 700 rpm when in gear.

Been too lazy to fix it since it hasn't seemed to impact anything too much.

There is a test procedure but I don't know personally how to do it myself. I think Jay knows how or it may say in the FSM

But lloyds truck did idle at 1800RPM's or so. Also surged really bad. At this point all I know is adam changed out some spare TPS and ISC stuff he had lying around and it seemed to work.

So did you buy your ticket for the 31st of May lloyd?

Mine isn't surging but it is a consistent 1800 rpm in neutral and 700rpm when in gear.

Jay, any insights you can share? I'll move my question to the main tech forum as well if you think it will be a long explanation...

TIA!
