Does this thread hold the record for pages and reads? It must!

Lloyd is lucky to have a group of guys to 'assist' him with building a new Montero!

Cheers from the Montero Ranch.

I'm sure you're in and have been for a long time, probably since the Bronco days or even the S10 days.

you need to get the old truck back on the road dude!

We were so wiped out this weekend that we never took any pics other than the above line up, Lloyds truck is the far right one. Would have been nice to get a few commemorative shots when he was out on the the big rock cycling the suspension for clearancing. Ah well, hopefully he'll get some pics on his Colorado trip he's got coming up.

Well, since test driving took place at 2:00am we some how missed photos! Will try to grab some over the 4th, and of course the Sierra Carnage will be well documented. Should write up a list of everything as well....although there will be some more done over the next few months as well.

That would probably be why it seemed to all the sudden start idling rough when you first start up. I really wish that thing would have thrown a code before you left. It should be a quick easy fix so long as it's just the spark plug itself. All that stuff is still the original wires, coils, plugs, and boots from adams old motor.

So, who want's to do the write up everything we did, from start to finish? hahah

Hopefully just a plug. Shouldn't be a coil, but suspect the wire as well. I replaced my plugs, coils and wires all at the same time since I had it apart, which is the key.

Lloyd, please don't take that truck to some local hack. If you have to, use a dealer or someone you actually trust.

Jus' sayin'.

I have an appointment Friday at my good shop down the street. Asked him to take a look at what the last fabrication would cost, but asked him to fix the running issue, install the lift blocks, chop the rock slider stubs and check the cruise....as well as do the alignment and he thankfully is not scared of big tires
