Or Rayen...only Rayen indicates valve stem seals, but I "think" the other two show them in the photos. Ranges 103-196.00

I've used DNJ (domestic and Japanese) parts before. They're fine.

Dnj should be fine. And all head gasket kits should come with valve stem seals. Did we lock in date? Im no good for the first weekend of feb. Thats super bowl weekend and as long as everything goes in my favor the 49ers will be back there and this time win it all. So, obviously i cant miss that. Just sayin. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />

You must be one of those unfortunate Cardinal fans. Tough break. It s all good. Next season they'll go back to being the Cardinals. This was there best season for this decade.

Actually, a better thought. Lets get the parts here that we need and heads into the shop. Once the heads arei done we know that we are ready to go and we can lock in a date. Depending on how we are gonna work this as far as when we head out there, pat or adam may need to take a day off or myself for that matter. We were originally talking about leaving a friday afternoon and maybe having a little time friday to take the rest apart or close and that way its all assembly work saturday and possibly sunday morning.

If we start Friday that definitely gives us a chance to get parts we might need, or account for things going bump in the night. We can plan a date after the heads are done, but keep in mind my work is booking 6 weeks out or so.... The gasket kit should be there in a couple of days, I assume machine shop is a few day turn around typically? Dealer will call me when bolts are in.

The machine work will take a few days to turn around. If the gasket kit comes in next week early enough we should have everything finished up by the weekend or early mid week the following week.
