Delayed until tomorrow. Was waiting around and kept today open, finally called them and they ditched me for fear it was a residential delivery. Of course finding out who was delivering to me was a challenge as well since the tracking number goes to a website with a ton of shippers...and guess which is the only state not listed in the drop down

Well, its here. Very rusty on top. 67K Japanese engine? Sure does not look like it. Sure hope the insides are prettier. Looks more like 200K of salty winter roads out east to me. Also love the way they chopped a harness right on top of the engine...Will take some photos when I get a chance. At least it has a solid warranty. May have to get that install done soon. After being bleed to death for months we have a ton in interest in renting the place all the sudden..

Body Damage is Cool
Went to the site where the motor was purchased, and read the stipulations regarding the warranty.
LOTS of loopholes as far as coverage.
Hopefully you'll be able to meet the requirements, or better yet won't need the warranty at all...

I deal with (or did) with alot of JDM motors ... They can have alot of salt rust on the out side at times .... Most JDM motors (I) have delt with have been a running motor ... Some have never had the oil changed do to them knowing there not going to keep it ... I can only remember two that were bad ...

The Guinness record holding forum string is back again. Just over a week out until we try yet again to bring this creation to life for more then a few hours. I also invited two local Montero owners, we will see if they show, hope they do. Going to tow over and start gathering items to get ready Saturday.
