The balancer may or may not have damaged the nose of the crankshaft. Roughly 60-70% not-ish. If so, you'll need a harmonic balancer, the lastest model new improved crank bolt and belville washer for the bolt, and a front crank seal. Might as well do the timing belt, tensioner, idler pulley, and water pump and water pump rear o ring while you have it that far apart. Dumb not to, as all that is at least due for a change. There's also a good argument for putting in new camshaft seals. I would NOT do a whole new engine at that mileage. These engines will give you 300k if you take care of them, except for the valve stem seals and water pump and timing belt (about 60K miles intervals on all but the seals - 100k or thereabouts on those).
