Need a Spot

I have a 89 toy 4x4 22RE 4 cyl. I put a after market fuel pump in and it starts then runs rough the dies. I changed plugs, cap, rotor and wires. When I crank it I can pinch the return fuel ine and it runs without dying. I put a new tps on it. The air box is ok. Is there an easy way to check fuel psi? What else can I check. Thanks for any help.
