Can't remove front wiper arms after using PB blaster due to terrible rust. Was able to remove nuts but arms still stuck on threaded shaft. Any pullers or advice?

85 4runner, 22re,cam, headers,2.25free flow exhaust,3"susp lift, 33's,custom bumpers,& stuff
