Can't remove front wiper arms after using PB blaster due to terrible rust. Was able to remove nuts but arms still stuck on threaded shaft. Any pullers or advice?

Soak it with PB Blaster and let it set overnight.

Tried PB 2 days with intermitent spraying..no luck. How can I pull these? After spraying and not loose. I live at the beach and there is harsh salt air.

If you have a small torch, try heating up the center stud until is smokes a little and see if that will free it up. Make sure not to heat anything non-metal and use a small pin-point flame/pencil torch (like below), not a big flame/tip like you screw into a larger tank.

And when it is hot, try melting a little candle wax onto the center and let that wick down into the splines. Should be able to find a small puller at a hardware/auto parts store that may work as well.

Heat? Make sure you cover everything up well tho. a puller would work too if you had one.

Found a puller at the ACE hardware.. It is used to pull faucet handles off of threaded shafts. Thanks
