USAA and Amica have consistently been 1-2 in customer satisfaction for eons. Amica is a true mutual company, owned by the policy holders, so it's a little more expensive the first year, but after that, you earn dividends based on company profitability that offset premium costs to some extent. Ends up being a tad cheaper than most with the dividend credit.


I am a proud USAA person since I was old enough to have a bank account and finance my own car insurance, credit card, car loan, etc.. I get a dividends check every year, and despite my unfortunate car accident (first claim ever) my accident forgiveness took care of me, and I still got a dividend worth more than half my insurance payment for that month at the end of last year.

I'm sold on USAA insurance and they are more than fair. (just wish those commerce, GA cops were... )
