There will not be enough adjustment left in the suspension to properly align it...as in waaaay out of whack! All the lift kits are just coil spring kits...unless you put spacers between the front and rear suspension cradles. A lot of money and headache! The OME, Ironman, Lovells, Kings, Pedders, and other coils are slightly taller and stiffer than stock. I run the OME Heavy Duty and its firmer than stock but by no means harsh.
