Thanks for the replies. After thinking about it popping in a complete third in is starting to make more sense.My truck is a auto trans so it has some odd size ring and pinion...actually I can't remember the size I have to go check the new gears labels. I remember back then that Randy's ring and pinion was all the rage and had a good reputation. I'm assuming that hasn't changed?
Still open for more suggestions.
