Need a Spot

one more thing, the manual say's to put "match marks" on the axle and the 6 holed flange it bolts onto so you can put it back in the same postion. Does this really matter? and anyway I got a rebuilt axle so the matchmarks don't do anything that I can see. Am I doing something wrong if I don't pay any attention to putting matchmarks on?
