Well this whole idea spun off the point of if I might do a SAS and the Tcase swap is an option, then why not look at all options. There are Chevy dana44s running hot and cold around here. not so many Wagoneer 44s, so with that I am exploring other Tcase options. this has been alot of good information.

I have thought about the reduction box, but you are right about alot of work involved with mounts, crossmembers, and driveshafts. Hopefully just swaping out tcases will not require major work.
