I have a worsening rear seal on a tiring V6. Going to the trouble of pulling the engine to replace a seal that will probably still leak , I'd rather....disel. Is this a wealthy man project?

Will it bolt up to V5MT1???
Will I need an unavailable sheet metal part between engine and bellhousing???
Will I need to move/reweld mount beams to frame???
Fuel pump? Is it external to tank?
Whole exhaust system?
Gas ain't getten cheaper and I don't need speed as I don't commute anymore, just to the store and camping.
I guess my milage would go from 14 mpg gas to 25 mpg with a diesel????
