there is a sensor mechanism in the driver door actuator that is pushing past itself, replace the driver door actuator and problem solved.

or you can snip the sensor wire in the driver door actuator and it won't lock the doors when turning key in the keyhole, but everything else will work. be careful prying apart the actuator......junk yards are good place to get a good actuator.
