Yeah i did use a torque wrench installing the bolts. THe tensioner bolts are only supposed to be around 12 lbs. Also, i thought at first that i may have had one of the bolts for the oil pump in the wrong place, but i went back and checked and they're all in the right spots. There is a little wear on the timing cover, but its where the guides broke the first time.

Another possible is lower than normal oil pressure, also but debris/silicone/swarf is the #1 cause of tensioner failure....*EB
