Sweet a thread to update us. It was good to see you while I was in town buddy. The Galant is looking good. The Paj is looking a little lonely.

Thanks for the GPS swag I have it fitted to the dash now. Trying to figure out the Gaia software. Oh I got the window working again. Had to rebuild the switch in Edmonton just before it started to rain.

Body Damage is Cool
Hey Eric,

Saw your rid being trailered behind a Ford on my way up to Edmonton last weekend. Recognized your truck from miles behind you. Wife thought I was nuts.

Phil, I was starting to wonder where you had got to. Still got my AC compressor? Lol. I haven't driven the Pajero in months now. School is winding down, so I'll be looking to get her into shape soon.

Heh heh. Report cards and then we went camping (with the trailer!). But I am back. Not as verbose as some (cough: RAY. cough cough). Ahem.

Took a pic of that sensor on the diff today. I'll post it when I get to a desktop.

Be careful getting back into that truck, I think there is a little fox in the front seat.
I might have a connector with a little pigtail left on it around, wait yes I just looked in the box and I do. If you can post a photo of the connector you have on the axle, Ill see if this one works.

Like I said, post a pic of the connector on the axle housing. If this is the right connector you can have it for the price of shipping. And Ill need your life history and phone number and address for customs forms of course.
John

At long last, here is a pic

and closer (camera phone) pic of the connector:

If you look real close, you can see a few copper strands sticking out, but that's about it. Is this the one you were thinking of, John?

Thats really cool that you saw my truck on the way north. It was sure nice to get it home.

Is Phil not being a consistent member? I wouldn't know as I'm no better these days. I will have to get to work on it again so I can post new stuff.

Going to catch up on some threads now. Phil you need to go play with your truck. I saw the pics of the 4g buddy. Looks a little rough.

Heheh... now that my 4G project is dead, I've got more time for my frontend rebuild! If you need more genII susp parts, do I have a store for you! (see my other thread in the last few days).

Looks GREAT pal! Pretty cool terrain up there. How's she working?

My project is still stalled. The first store I ordered tierod sleeves from sent them back while I was on holidays, even though I told them I was going to be back in ten days - bunch of morons. Now they can't find them. They think they're "sold". Yeah right. After some choice words for the incompetents, I went to a yellow and blue store across the road. They expected them today, but I just called and no go yet. Arghhhhh... I just want to get this thing put back together! I haven't driven it since early July!! It's starting to collect things, from the work I'm doing around it, to the garage!
