I believe they are not actually "called" those names, just they are revision #'s for the trannies. to you and me it's a W56, to someone that knows the thickness of every gear and the differences between them all... you get the point.
They cant tell you how to figure it out, even by VIN or anything? weird... i wouldnt call anything marlin says "horsepucky" (yes i had to google what it meant, lol).
