My aux items are limited to an air pump for my mattress and that nifty little work light in the hatch at the moment so I'm not real worried about killing my battery. I know its a different rig but my buddy with a built 4Runner just jumpered the relay for his outlets and hasn't had any problems (other than killing his battery). That's actually where I got the idea.

Is your freezer fridge a 12v or 110v? How much is the start-up draw?
Thanks Both. It's an ARB 50qt unit. Not sure what the start-up draw is and I can't check til I get home later today but you can probably find it on ARB's website. couldn't find my manuals (go figure <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> but according to ARB's site (US site) it draws 0.87 amp hr on average. They didn't indicate the start-up amperage draw rates.
