I've done both body lift and suspension lift. Both are fairly easy. The rear suspension lift (with the Toyota shackles) gave me about 2" of lift. That was easy to install. The front suspension lift I cranked the torsion bars 1.5", that only took an hour. You may need a camber alignment afterwards. You find the roughly 1" diameter bars running longways under each side of the truck. Then tighten the 2 bolts on the back mount.
