After a lengthy discussion with a mechanic friend of mine here, I'm leaning towards cutting my losses on the LWB. If anyone would be interested in it for parts or as a project, let me know. Otherwise, I'm probably going to call the repair shop in Amarillo by Friday and tell them I'll send them the title, and send it to the salvage yard and send me the money.

I'll still have the SWB back in VA, and based on my current situation, that will have to do. The money I would've spent getting it shipped back here to Cali, and either fixing it here or getting it fixed in Amarillo, I could just look for something here that's already smog-legal.
