Yeah, I'll try that - just haven't done it yet. That was going to be one of my first steps.

Fasteddy: It does sound like a hole in the accordion to the breather. I can't imagine it being quite this loud, though, but it does sound like it. I've already replaced the hoses from the pcv and valve cover to accordion. Don't think there's anything else to replace...

Keep the ideas coming, guys. I don't think it's a belt or idler...
