Update: I took apart the back door assembly trying to find door switch. But all saw was backdoor ECU and motor. I also took apart the door lock and lubricated it heavily. No luck at all. I ended up pulling the 15A fuse to disable the back door open warning when engine is off, which prevent battery from draining.
