I upgraded to Powerslot front rotors about 70k ago and they had a vibration since day 1. Its grown worse and couldn't stand it any more. I replaced them myself last weekend (with another set of powerslots - from Tire Rack). Used another set of the factory pads - love them as they are dust-free. The job went fine except after putting the caliper on and spinning the rotor (no pads) I could see that it had a serious wobble in it. I took a sledge and a block of wood and "applied vigorous pressure" around the hub and that made a big difference. Bled the system (replaced all fluid) and initial results are good.
Wondering if the guys who did the job last time simply didn't have the rotor on all the way - aaargh!
