Yeah, that sounds like more than just normal warping of the rotor. When you get sick of warped rotors and want to really resolve the problem, you should swap to the thicker Tundra rotors and calipers. I've had no warping at all with my Tundra brakes, despite a period of time where I basically only had front brakes due to leaky rear axle seals that soaked my rear brake drums with gear lube.
