fog light question

Getting the Wheeling Fever

I just bought a pair of Hella Micro ff fog lights and have a question about the wiring. The instructions are not to clear and don't mention a fuse. However,the wiring diagram looks like there is a 16A fuse but I'm not sure. What size fuse should I use? the lamps are 55 watt each. Thanks, Bob
