Yes, the engine is gutless under 4000, but it's not too bad once you learn to trust 5,500rpm. Hell , I rev limit mine without a single worry. Probably why after SIX YEARS and 152k orig miles it's starting to burn oil past the rings. Now yes, this may be abuse, but being that I have a spare motor that I'm (slowly) working on, I'd say I'm a responsible person. But I can't help it. Put a nice flowmaster or similar nicely tuned muffler on, gut the cats, and slap a Cold Air/Ram Air intake on, and it's just wrong not to do a flyby to a lifted huge 4dr truck. I'm lifted with 235's so it doesn't look completely rediculous when I pass them looking like a mini-mudder and yet sounding like an angry street bike.. Seriously it sounds sick at W.O.T. I usually get a hat tip from them or a 'hell ya!', lol. I'll have to get some video of it. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/pfft.gif" alt="" />
