Plugs: Yes, Wires: No. You can do the plugs although some will doubt me, I've done it a couple times on the two 95's I owned. The wires are routed around the back so you'll have to remove the intake plenumn to do those. Might as well do it and get it over with. This is a good time to check your intake for leaks and looseness around the butterfly valve shaft.
