I built a metal handle out of angle iron, If I ever have to replace it (not likely) I'll get you a picture. Simple to do just weld on a few pieces or rod and a tab and presto.

02 2500 Yukon XL, We out grew the montero, at least it has one locker.....13mpg (sold)
