Agree with MX. Talked to Carlos on the phone last night. Given the current situation, told him to check the timing marks. He checked the belt at the drivers side top cover and said its OK, but I think he somehow jumped time. It might be impossible to line up marks now that the engine has some sort of obstruction...but it will turn counter clockwise..Heads will probably need to come off now regardless...but checking the marks will give him an idea of what happened.
